Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end procurement activities for Capital, Spares, and Services, including P2P processes, budgeting support, cash flow management, and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Ensure on-time delivery to support network capacity and operational requirements.
  • •Own supplier relationship management: commercial point of contact, supplier qualification, compliance with Micron standards, and performance updates to stakeholders.
  • •Drive localization and supply chain resilience strategies to improve equipment uptime, response time, cost competitiveness, and capability development.
  • •Lead/participate in supplier negotiations and contract strategy work, and partner on data-driven supplier performance management and continuous improvement (including AI-enabled initiatives).

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of relevant experience in procurement/purchasing and/or supply chain engineering.
  • •Strong knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
  • •Experience managing contracts, negotiations, and commercial terms.
  • •Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and financial controls, plus strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills.
