Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project leadership on environmental assessment and remediation projects, directing teams to deliver to budget and programme.
  • •Engage with clients to understand needs, act as the client’s leading advocate, and set strategic direction for multidisciplinary project teams.
  • •Develop strategic proposals and budgets, manage technical risks, and provide commercial awareness to deliver client value and AECOM objectives.
  • •Support technical development of bids, oversee deliverables, and implement quality and health and safety principles.
  • •Lead governance on major projects by acting as a lead verifier within AECOM’s quality assurance process and providing technical direction with risks adequately managed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Geotechnical, Geology, Environmental Engineering) and 8 years of experience in the field.
  • •Experience with contaminated sites in Ontario and a deep understanding of applicable Ontario regulations and protocols.
  • •Ability to register as a P.Eng. or P.Geo in Ontario.
  • •Demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education may be considered.
  • •Experience servicing industrial and manufacturing clients on project delivery.
