Drive beverage innovation and menu development for DaVinci Gourmet across foodservice channels by creating compelling concepts, delivering engaging demonstrations, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and R&D to grow Kerry’s beverage brand presence in Jakarta and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

•Brand Advocacy & Customer Engagement: Serve as the DaVinci Gourmet brand ambassador, delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations with creativity, confidence, and showmanship; promote and strengthen the brand across key accounts and industry events; conduct customer workshops, training sessions, live demonstrations, webinars, and tasting experiences.
•Beverage Innovation & Menu Development: Develop innovative beverage recipes and menu concepts for various channels; translate market trends into viable concepts; co-create unique menu offerings with customers; provide consultative menu development support and technical expertise.
•Commercial & Channel Development: Collaborate with distributors and sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities; support customer acquisition and promotional activities; drive category growth and contribute to channel planning.
•Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Monitor beverage and foodservice trends; identify consumer preferences for new product development; work with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to develop customer-centric solutions and innovation pipelines.
•Marketing & Brand Support: Create engaging beverage content for campaigns and activations; maintain readiness for customer visits, demonstrations, and innovation sessions.

Key Requirements

•Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Beverage Studies, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in beverage innovation, mixology, barista operations, beverage R&D, or a customer-facing technical role within the foodservice industry.
•Demonstrated experience promoting branded products and delivering customer presentations, training, or demonstrations.
•Proven track record in menu development, beverage innovation, and customer engagement.
•Experience working with cafés, restaurants, hotels, bars, foodservice operators, or beverage brands is highly preferred.
