Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage strategic customer relationships and day-to-day refinery chemical process business operations for assigned accounts.
  • •Provide technical troubleshooting support using mechanical aptitude and laboratory/industry knowledge to resolve operational challenges.
  • •Support account growth by understanding customer requirements and refinery market conditions, identifying and coordinating sales opportunities.
  • •Lead business reviews and deliver technical presentations to customers, leadership, and internal stakeholders.
  • •Directly lead, coach, and develop a team to achieve business objectives and ensure compliance with Sales and Service Standards.
