Key Responsibilities

•Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through various channels, primarily through phone, zoom, chat and email.
•Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
•Become an expert on Zendesk products
•Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
•Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see the value in purchasing Zendesk.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•1+ years of sales experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
•Excellent written communication skills in French and English
•Will require working with clients/prospects across Zendesk’s global market
•Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities at all times
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution against a task
