Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and grow active client relationships for a major construction client, ensuring client-centric service and ethical practices.
•Oversee tenders and the presentation of terms to clients/network, providing technical wording advice as needed.
•Champion the Client Promise and ensure action plans are delivered on time and within risk management frameworks.
•Provide benchmarking and placement advice to clients to support cost-effective service delivery and value.
•Collaborate with internal teams to develop growth strategies, leveraging industry insights and market trends to drive geographic expansion.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of trends and macroeconomic factors affecting construction & infrastructure (C&I) sectors and the client’s business and risk issues.
•Proven track record in sales growth, regional sales development, and leading sales teams with positive results.
•Ability to translate strategic concepts into executable growth opportunities and leverage competitive intelligence.
•Authoritative knowledge of industry/market trends within C&I and the ability to develop innovative solutions and geographic growth plans.
•Excellent relationship-building skills with experience in client servicing, tendering, and negotiating terms with clients/network.
