Job Summary

Supervise and develop hourly associates in a vehicle Inspection Center, managing the flow of cars for body and cosmetic repairs while meeting production and quality targets. Oversee day-to-day performance, coach the team on Quality Control standards, and train associates to complete repairs effectively the first time. Partner with the Inspection Center General Manager to approve defects and determine whether to repair or reject inventory based on cost and overall vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the safe movement of vehicles into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals
•Oversee day-to-day activities of assigned teams, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities
•Engage and lead associates through coaching, development, performance management, and feedback
•Review and approve mechanical and physical defects of incoming inventory and guide repair vs. reject decisions
•Train associates using Quality Control standards to minimize re-checks, delays, rework, and ensure body/cosmetic repairs are completed correctly the first time

•Experience using computers
