Software Engineer, Site Reliability Engineering

Build and maintain resilient systems that keep Thumbtack’s services highly available, scalable, and efficient. Set architectural direction for infrastructure and platform services, design deployment/change/service management tooling, and debug critical issues across the SDLC. You’ll collaborate with product development and backend infrastructure teams, plan capacity and forecast demand, and participate in rotating on-call to reduce downtime, latency, and toil while improving developer experience.
