Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker in KeyBank’s Private Client Program, owning the full client relationship with plan-based financial advice. Assess client needs, gather and document information, and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by referring appropriate investment and insurance solutions. Build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, open personal and business accounts, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, and ensure compliance across risk, security, and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver plan-based financial advice by assessing client needs, documenting client data, and providing customized financial wellness recommendations.
•Refer and deliver appropriate investment and insurance solutions to help clients achieve financial wellness goals.
•Build and document a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal and external centers of influence.
•Open personal and business accounts, including consumer checking, deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, and support branch operations including teller-line transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Ability to build rapport quickly and influence business partners using centers of influence (required).
•FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE), and life and health insurance licenses upon hire (required).
