Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain strong floor presence to drive sales and provide customer service excellence.
  • •Build customer relationships and perform cross/upselling with excellent product awareness.
  • •Keep the shop clean and tidy and follow visual merchandising standards.
  • •Support processing and replenishment of merchandise and participate in receiving stocks.
  • •Recognize security risks and thefts, follow payment/exchange and loss-prevention policies, and handle/ escalate customer complaints as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s/Technical degree.
  • •No previous experience needed.
  • •Results-driven with strong teamwork and collaboration.
  • •Use visual merchandising and maintain up-to-date product, promotions, and advertisements knowledge.
  • •Deliver excellent customer satisfaction, handle complaints, and follow policies for payments, exchanges, and loss prevention.
