Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
  • •Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure every position is filled before line start-up.
  • •Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
  • •Ensure workstations have passed USDA inspection, promote safety daily and through monthly safety meetings.
  • •Oversee processing operations and coordinate with other supervisors to solve problems, keep records of reworked/returned product, and ensure accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and proper product coding.
