Customer Service Coordinator

Coordinate and support the execution of a bespoke customer service program at an MAF Mall. Manage the customer service team’s performance, people and daily operations, and ensure compliance with established procedures. Maintain expert knowledge of mall services and activities to support smooth operations at the information desk, assist customers in person and by phone, and resolve complaints in line with policies and agreed SLA while executing the gift card program per procedures.
