Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the main on-site owner for Candlelight Concerts, managing venue staff and communicating directly with the Fever Originals Manager.
  • •Manage full on-site staff rosters and schedules, and coordinate with staffing vendors when event dates/times change.
  • •Train and oversee on-site staff tasks including ticket checking, audience seating guidance, and candle setup before shows.
  • •Manage venue supplies and inventory and handle printed materials required for operations.
  • •Run guest list management and lead announcements at show start/end, then share weekly reports (preparation status, outcomes, and feedback) with the Fever Originals Project Manager.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior experience in event planning and operations (music-related event experience preferred).
