Key Responsibilities

  • •Own P&L consolidation, operating cash flow analysis, and stock-based compensation reporting, ensuring data integrity and decision-ready insights.
  • •Maintain expertise across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow, driving accurate OCF forecasts through collaboration with AP, AR, and accounting.
  • •Orchestrate quarter-end close in partnership with accounting and drive corporate forecast and guidance with process improvement.
  • •Build and refine content for the Board of Directors deck and present executive-consumable findings that integrate revenue and spend.
  • •Directly manage and develop team members in Pleasanton, CA and Costa Rica, partnering cross-functionally and leveraging AI-enabled automation to scale reporting and analysis.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 173,700 - 260,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in corporate FP&A or corporate finance, including hands-on P&L consolidation and cash flow analysis.
  • •Prior experience managing people, ideally across distributed/global teams.
  • •Experience supporting board-level reporting cycles and guidance process for a public company.
  • •Proficiency with Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and Workday Adaptive Planning.
