Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct monthly, quarterly and annual close processes, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness for all reporting cycles.
  • •Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and contribute to investor reports.
  • •Oversee general accounting: system maintenance, journal entries review, and accuracy/completeness of reconciliations.
  • •Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure AppDirect audit readiness throughout the year.
  • •Collaborate with external audit team, coordinating documentation and actions within the finance team.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years progressive accounting experience including end-to-end close and financial reporting
  • •2+ years leadership/people management within accounting/finance
  • •Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or related field; CPA designation a plus
  • •Experience with mergers & acquisitions is an asset
  • •Proficiency with NetSuite or comparable ERP system; strong written and verbal communication skills
