Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead successful delivery of the Hivemind Enterprise software program for Armed Services and OEM customers.
  • •Own integrated project plans across scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation; continuously rebalance priorities, risks, and constraints.
  • •Coordinate system integration across labs, ground test, and flight test operations, including readiness reviews and closure of technical dependencies.
  • •Facilitate rigorous technical and programmatic decision-making across cross-functional teams using technical depth to identify risks and align stakeholders.
  • •Drive program execution reporting and tracking, including program financials, schedules, integration status, and customer deliverables.
