Key Responsibilities

•Translate quantum physics intent into structured, executable engineering requirements, from high-level goals to subsystem specifications.
•Build full traceable requirement hierarchies and ensure acceptance criteria and validation plans exist at every level.
•Own and elevate requirements process governance, including standardized templates and definition-of-ready/done criteria.
•Institutionalize documentation governance and ensure proper decomposition, traceability, ownership, and auditability in Jira and Confluence.
•Partner with agile hardware and software teams by decomposing goals into Jira epics/stories and participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 190,000

Key Requirements

•8–15+ years of experience in technical product management within deep-tech, hardware-centric, multi-disciplinary environments.
•Personally built requirements governance frameworks and demonstrated end-to-end requirement traceability from high-level goals to subsystem specifications.
•Defined acceptance criteria and validation plans across complex systems.
•Deep fluency in Jira and Confluence, and experience with requirements management tools such as Jama or Aha.
•Strong technical grounding in physics, electrical engineering, optics, or related fields, with the ability to engage with PhD-level scientists and systems engineers.
