Build a repeatable playbook covering listing, private offers, order flow, fulfillment handoffs, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition.

Key Responsibilities

•Define go-to-market strategy across Azure, AWS, GCP, and SaaS/ISV marketplaces, including which products to list and in what forms (transactable, private offer, BYOL, consumption-based).
•Design marketplace-specific pricing models, packaging, and private-offer constructs aligned to partner commit programs (MACC, EDP, Google Commit).
•Partner with Legal to develop marketplace T&Cs, EULAs, and scalable private-offer templates.
•Stand up end-to-end operating mechanics for listing, private offer creation, order papering, fulfillment handoff, billing reconciliation, and revenue recognition.
•Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Legal, Sales, Finance, and Pricing Ops to ensure a repeatable marketplace execution playbook.

•Strong commercial instincts across pricing, packaging, and deal construct design.
•Track record working closely with Legal on commercial T&Cs and order papering.
•Operational mindset to build processes from zero and partner effectively across Product, Legal, Sales, and Finance.
