Job Summary

Conduct research and due diligence on crypto asset projects across the U.S. and APAC, evaluating credibility, tokenomics, business models, user adoption, and ecosystem potential. Monitor regulatory developments (including SEC/CFTC and key APAC jurisdictions) to assess compliance and policy risks. Build evaluation frameworks and analyze on-chain and market data, capital flows, institutional activity, and sentiment to deliver structured market intelligence and recommendations supporting listing decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead research and analysis of crypto asset projects across the U.S. and APAC markets, assessing credibility, technological moat, business model, user adoption, and ecosystem potential.
•Perform independent due diligence on potential listing candidates and produce structured research reports to support listing decisions.
•Monitor U.S. regulatory developments (including SEC and CFTC) and major APAC jurisdictions, assessing how compliance and policy risks affect valuation and positioning.
•Build and maintain project evaluation frameworks covering tokenomics, on-chain data analysis, competitor benchmarking, and market positioning.
•Track capital flows, institutional activity, market sentiment, and emerging sectors, and deliver market intelligence and strategic insight reports.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto research, equity research, corporate finance, investment analysis, venture capital, or M&A.
•Relevant certifications such as Securities Qualification or equivalent are preferred.
•Prior experience with financial institutions, exchanges, venture capital, or research organizations in the U.S. or APAC (especially Singapore or Hong Kong) is highly preferred.
•Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong analytical execution and learning agility.
