Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, develop, coordinate, collaborate, and conduct events such as meetings, presentations, trainings, product orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, and projects.
  • •Build and maintain business relationships and information to increase membership/enrollment targets.
  • •Represent the department at internal and external meetings, including vendor reporting, departmental, cross-functional, and community meetings.
  • •Develop presentations for sales, broker product training, member retention meetings, new member training, and outreach activities.
  • •Prospect and initiate field marketing opportunities, grassroots lead generation, provider co-op events, and coordinate market execution with the sales team.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
