Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate assigned projects from initiation through delivery, developing and maintaining project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
  • •Maintain project status, dashboards, and governance documentation, and prepare regular reporting for the PMO and senior stakeholders.
  • •Identify and maintain project risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation and recovery actions and escalate material issues when required.
  • •Coordinate across global functions, regions, and project teams; facilitate project meetings and ensure actions, owners, and deadlines are documented and followed through.
  • •Apply PMO methodologies and support continuous improvement of PMO processes, tools, reporting, and ways of working.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field.
  • •5+ years of relevant experience coordinating complex projects in a multinational or matrix organization.
  • •Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, and reporting.
  • •Project management qualification/certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 (desirable).
  • •Ability to work across functions and geographies and communicate effectively across organizational levels, with strong written and verbal English.
