Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • •Own full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • •Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure consistent standards of product quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.

Key Requirements
