Technician (Maintenance Indoor)

Maintain and troubleshoot hardware issues for POS products to ensure machines are functioning correctly. Assemble and disassemble devices with high quality, manage under-maintenance cases within SLA to support customer satisfaction, and apply repair modules (replace defect parts and repair units). Log every maintenance action in the maintenance system (Remedy) for accurate records and provide periodic maintenance achievement reports to your direct manager.
