Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product strategy and roadmap for the digital consulting platform, delivering measurable customer value
  • •Translate customer needs, market signals, and field consultant feedback into a coherent prioritized product backlog
  • •Partner with Content & Knowledge to assess captured implementation knowledge for productization
  • •Define the service catalog product model and coordinate with product teams to align platform strategy with product roadmaps
  • •Lead and grow a team of product managers, establish product management discipline, and provide executive reporting on performance and adoption

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience with progressive responsibility, including managing product managers
  • •4+ years leading product teams, with demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain product talent
  • •Experience building digital and AI-enabled products or platforms from early stage, including strategy, go-to-market, and iteration from customer feedback
  • •Experience defining product models for offerings combining digital tools and human-delivered services (service catalog, marketplace, or hybrid models)
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
