Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a senior technical advisor and trusted partner for strategic enterprise Databricks customers
  • •Design and review scalable data, analytics, and AI architectures using Databricks lakehouse platform, including workshops and solution design sessions
  • •Support successful delivery and adoption of Databricks solutions, reviewing scalability, performance, security, and cost optimization across workloads
  • •Identify and resolve technical blockers during customer projects; drive best practices for data pipelines, lakehouse design, Unity Catalog, governance, and platform operations
  • •Collaborate with sales and account teams on discovery, solution positioning, proposals, and PoC activities, and provide architecture guidance; deliver executive presentations and enablement sessions

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud architecture, data analytics, or related fields
  • •3+ years of hands-on Databricks experience in an enterprise environment
  • •Strong expertise in modern data platform architecture and cloud-native solutions, including lakehouse architecture design and implementation
  • •Deep knowledge of Databricks Data Intelligence Platform, Apache Spark, Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, data governance/security, and ETL/ELT/data modeling
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud (Microsoft Azure preferred), plus strong Python/SQL/Spark skills and executive-level communication in business English
