Senior Technical Consultant

Provide hands-on implementation, deployment, and consulting services for Okta customers in a post-sales role. Lead multiple concurrent deployment projects, gather and document post-sales requirements, and perform technical design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service. Work with customers and internal teams to address escalated issues, mentor/train customers, and support continuous improvement of delivery processes. Apply identity federation and access control protocols and cloud/on-prem architecture knowledge.
