Job Summary

Manage the operations of a patient service center (PSC) and oversee Natera’s phlebotomy program at the Fishers location. Perform phlebotomy work (venipunctures and finger sticks), ensure specimen integrity and quality controls, track daily collections in Natera systems, and handle escalations and scheduling. Lead training readiness, vendor support, and compliance with HIPAA/PHI, security, and applicable regulations while supporting program growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve patients by preparing specimens for laboratory testing and performing screening procedures.
•Verify test requisitions and patient identification, resolve unusual orders by coordinating with clinical stakeholders and reference labs.
•Obtain blood specimens using venipunctures and finger sticks while maintaining specimen integrity and isolation procedures.
•Maintain quality results through testing schedules and quality-control documentation; identify and report needed changes on KPIs.
•Manage PSC operations including equipment oversight, vendor support, scheduling issues, distribution/claiming of blood draws, customer feedback, and ongoing communication on draw statuses.
