Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic leadership and expert guidance to optimise maintenance practices and asset management for regional operations.
  • •Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and strategies to maximise asset reliability and enhance operational efficiency.
  • •Drive continuous improvement culture across maintenance and asset management teams through influencing and coaching.
  • •Lead cross-functional teams and support change management to improve asset lifecycle management outcomes.
  • •Oversee project management, budget/resource allocation, cost efficiency optimisation, and performance assessment using analytical data interpretation.

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of progressive experience in maintenance management, asset management, or related fields.
  • •Hands-on experience with maintenance methodologies including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
  • •Proven track record leading large-scale maintenance optimisation or asset management initiatives.
  • •Practical experience applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen in maintenance and asset management.
  • •At least 5–7 years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic projects.
