Oversee guest upgrade areas at Jiffy Lube Live by greeting visitors, answering venue questions, and promoting/upselling event offerings like Stone Ridge Club or The Overlook. Verify authenticity of pre-purchased tickets or passes, process credit card transactions per audit guidelines, and step in with other departments when staffing needs arise. Perform additional duties assigned by the Ancillary Manager or venue leadership.

•May temporarily support other departments and perform additional tasks assigned by venue leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16 - 20 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years of age.
•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•At least 2 years of guest service and communications experience (preferred).
•Prior sales or cash handling experience (plus).
•Familiarity with iPhone and iPad technology.
