Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute analyses and develop strategies to support business decisions across the customer lifecycle for a particular product/market.
  • •Develop customer insights using internal and external data, including segmentation, customer cohort characteristics, and predictive analytics for marketing and strategy.
  • •Write efficient code to process data and convert business problems into analytical problems using appropriate statistical/mathematical methods.
  • •Complete analysis as required, document results, and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • •Manage delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards, and help maintain risk/internal controls and compliance adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex data and business intelligence problems.
  • •Strong analytical skills with business analysis experience, including data modelling and BI visualization.
  • •BI and visualization tools experience on LookML scripting and Looker dashboard development.
  • •Scripting knowledge in SQL/BigQuery or Python, plus strong visualization, dashboarding, and storytelling.
  • •Advance knowledge of Excel and ability to communicate and synthesize information for senior management.
