  • •Standardize accounting processes across plants by identifying best practices and creating SOPs.

  • •Oversee internal and external audit interactions, track findings, and drive action plans to remediation and issue closure.
  • •Own the month-end close process and review results, including variance explanations and balance sheet reserve alignment to GAAP; manage and develop the accounting team.

Key Requirements
