Job Summary

Lead technical solutioning for Exchanges and Liquidity opportunities across EMEA, partnering with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Client Success. Drive discovery, technical validation, and post-sale expansion by designing scalable enterprise solutions for centralized exchanges, decentralized exchanges, and liquidity providers. Build proof-of-concepts and implementation plans, influence product prioritization through market/technical feedback, and represent Circle at industry events while sharing knowledge with the Solutions Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Business Development to lead technical strategy and solution architecture for Exchanges and Liquidity opportunities.
•Run technical discovery to identify client requirements, regulatory considerations, and integration constraints.
•Design and present scalable solution architectures, including APIs, transaction flows, custody models, and settlement processes.
•Develop proof-of-concepts and technical validation frameworks, then collaborate with Product and Engineering to address product gaps.
•Support post-sale implementations with Client Success and represent Circle externally at industry events and technical workshops.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Product Manager.
•Experience with Web3, blockchain infrastructure, FinTech, or B2B SaaS is preferred.
•Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear solutions and narratives for stakeholders.
•Track record of designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises.
•Hands-on capability with API testing, database querying, and outlining technical flows.
