Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mature privacy and AI compliance programs to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • •Own and operate core compliance processes including DPIAs, regulatory audit workflows, data mapping, consent management, and AI governance.
  • •Operationalize legal requirements by partnering across Legal, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • •Track compliance commitments, identify gaps, and escalate risks for timely resolution.
  • •Develop training, documentation, and guidance to increase organizational awareness and continuously streamline compliance processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,200 - 108,900

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in privacy compliance, data governance, risk management, or related fields.
  • •Strong working knowledge of U.S. and global privacy laws and emerging AI regulatory frameworks.
  • •Experience leading complex, cross-functional compliance initiatives from planning through execution.
  • •Hands-on experience with DPIAs, privacy tooling, data mapping, consent management platforms, and system integrations.
  • •Solid understanding of compliance program management, internal controls, and risk assessment methodologies.
