Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve store sales and maximize profitability through visual merchandising in partnership with the management team.
  • •Manage execution of operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by performing product recovery, restock/destock, and executing visual merchandising changes to directive.
  • •Plan and execute visual direction from planning through implementation, meeting company expectations, budgets, and timelines.
  • •Lead staff and partner with management on coaching, recruitment/development, performance feedback, and store opening/closing aligned with visual standards.
