Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • •Manage and coordinate construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to execute projects effectively.
  • •Oversee project budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain financial control within allocated budget.
  • •Create and maintain project schedules, track progress, and address delays or changes to complete on time.
  • •Ensure quality compliance with specifications, codes, and regulations; enforce safety protocols and support HSE initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2 years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of professional client management and interaction.
  • •Financial and job cost accounting knowledge, including construction budgeting and contingency workforce management.
  • •ERP knowledge (preferably SAP functional skills) and proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera; contracts administration experience.
