Operations Supervisor (Casablanca, MA)

Monitor express and domestic operations to ensure efficient workflow in line with company standards and procedures. Lead and motivate an operations team, including coaching, mentorship, performance reviews, and enforcing safe work practices. Manage staffing schedules, routes for delivery personnel, cash handling and COD procedures, and oversee reporting and performance analysis. Facilitate clear internal/external communication and collaborate with other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
