Coordinate with the Teller Supervisor and Banking Center Manager, maintain privacy, and ensure accurate reporting while supporting treasury management services.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform financial service functions including opening, closing, and maintaining checking, savings, time deposit, IRAs, and assisting with safe deposit boxes, savings bonds, credit cards, and basic consumer loans.
•Answer client questions and resolve problems by listening, collecting data, and securing answers while profiling clients to identify sales opportunities.
•Process new and existing account changes (e.g., name/address/product changes) and maintain privacy of customer account information.
•Develop additional business using lead lists and strategies, actively selling bank products and services and meeting sales production goals.
•Oversee banking center reporting and records, attend training classes, review account/data entry accuracy, and support treasury management with new accounts and services.

Key Requirements

•High school graduate or equivalent
•General customer service experience required
•Good understanding of financial services and products provided
•Personal Banker experience preferred
•Excellent communication and public relations skills
