Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership.
  • •Support operational execution including shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain visual standards on the sales floor and support shipment processing/product flow and daily replenishment excellence.
  • •Use metrics, reporting, budgets, expenses, and inventory control to drive business-focused strategies while ensuring a safe and efficient store environment.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of prior experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
  • •Ability to work constant movement around the store, including sales floor and back of house.
  • •Ability to lift, push, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
  • •Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
