Key Responsibilities

  • •Directly manage, coach, and develop a sales team to meet studio sales, test drive, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Ensure a best-in-class customer experience across the studio floor, test drives, and lead follow-up; handle challenging customer concerns.
  • •Own studio operations including reservation-to-delivery journey, vehicle readiness, documentation, scheduling, and facility/showroom presentation.
  • •Supervise merchandising, product inventory/display, and coordinate team scheduling; partner with Retail Operations and vendors as needed.
  • •Act as a senior sales advisor for high-potential customers; represent Lucid’s value vs. competitors and manage VIP clientele.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality.
