Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and review payroll information to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
  • •Partner with payroll vendors, internal HR, Finance, and employees to resolve payroll questions and issues.
  • •Verify payroll data, employee changes, benefit deductions, payments, and special cases such as new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
  • •Review payroll calculations, tax information, and required filings to support compliance with local laws and company standards.
  • •Research payroll discrepancies, identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support payroll audits, reporting requests, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent related experience.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of payroll experience in a medium or large organization with multiple business entities.
  • •Spanish/Intermediate English required; Portuguese is a plus.
  • •Experience with payroll processing, payroll controls, reporting, and time and attendance administration.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to manage payroll deadlines while communicating with employees and partners.
