Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop supply plans with the Demand Planning team to address holistic material supply needs for the business
  • •Identify and escalate material shortages to purchasing and production using clear-to-build and weeks-on-hand reporting
  • •Manage execution of the supply plan with Procurement to maintain stock level targets
  • •Collaborate with Procurement to ensure component availability and align production scheduling with availability
  • •Partner with Engineering teams to plan, track, and maintain material requirements throughout NPI efforts and manage consumables inventory

Salary: USD 99,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production-type role building complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
  • •3+ years’ experience in supply planning
  • •Demonstrated ability to fully own a value chain end to end, coordinating internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
  • •Prior knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system
  • •Ability to take substantial responsibility across supply chain, logistics, engineering, and material planning with speed and accuracy
