Senior Cost Control Consultant - Data Center Construction

Oversee the financial aspects of major data center construction programs for a global technology client. Own cost control activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance and EAC/estimates-to-complete reporting, cash flow management, pay application review, and change management. Maintain an auditable cost control environment across commitments and accruals, deliver exception-based reporting, and collaborate with project, finance, and procurement teams while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
