•Build and strengthen relationships with key clients including the Victorian Department of Transport and Planning, Major Road Projects Victoria, local government and private sector clients.
•Identify and lead business development opportunities, strategic pursuits and work winning activities.
•Mentor, develop and inspire technical and project delivery teams across the business.

•A passion for mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
