Key Responsibilities

  • •Own product across the full experience as Gradient’s first dedicated PM hire.
  • •Translate ambiguous, technically complex problems (including AI agent reasoning) into clear, shippable priorities.
  • •Partner closely with engineers to understand trade-offs across surfaces and make well-reasoned product decisions.
  • •Bring structure to the hardest, least-defined parts of the business in a special-projects remit.
  • •Set and maintain a high bar for product quality, raising the product bar on every release.
