Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a primary Workday functional resource for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence, providing configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and production support.
  • •Configure and maintain Workday functionality including business processes, eligibility and validation/condition rules, calculated fields, time calculations, absence plans, accruals, and payroll-related configurations.
  • •Partner with Payroll and HR stakeholders to evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions.
  • •Develop and maintain Workday reports (custom/advanced reports, calculated fields, dashboards, scheduled distributions) and deliver accurate, actionable data with proper governance.
  • •Investigate and resolve Workday production issues and perform initial troubleshooting of integrations and data feeds, including reviewing integration events and error messages.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
  • •Production-support experience in Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • •Experience configuring Workday business processes, eligibility rules, and calculated/condition rules.
  • •Experience administering Workday functional security, including security groups and business process security.
  • •Experience developing custom Workday reports and troubleshooting reporting and integration issues (including EIBs and data loads).
