Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent commercialization in early PD cycle product review meetings and ensure development sample viability against commercialization requirements.
  • •Partner with brand and vendor development, engineering, and production teams to confirm accuracy of pattern, fit, materials, and assembly techniques.
  • •Ensure PD and vendor teams complete correct laboratory testing to verify product performance.
  • •Lead and track extreme fit trial schedules and report each stage to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Track and hold downstream and update-stream teams accountable for timelines to ensure BR and T4 readiness; align tooling and validate patterns against yield utilization.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, technical, or production environments in fashion, retail, or consumer-facing multinational organizations.
  • •Degree holder in Textiles, or Eq./Apparel/Footwear-related fields.
  • •Subject-matter expertise in footwear, LEAN manufacturing, automation, patterns, laboratory standards, testing, and materials.
  • •Ability to break down complex engineering situations into clear, communicable information in verbal or written formats.
  • •Strong knowledge of technical constructions, laboratory testing, material performance, fit and wear, LEAN production, automation, and speed development.
