Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing team member workflows and upper-level communications, including surge management team support and priority distribution.
  • •Track and analyze service delivery performance metrics to ensure services meet SLAs and KPIs, including quality control of operational processes.
  • •Maintain client and internal dashboard reporting, including processing/quality control of property and daily shift reports for billing insights.
  • •Serve as a point of contact for service-related issues by identifying problems, risks, and improvement opportunities for escalation and timely resolution.
  • •Support financial reporting for service delivery operations, including review of field expenses and QA/QC of work assignments for billing accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •1 year of service delivery experience.
  • •Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent experience (B.A. or B.S).
  • •Proven software competency, including MS Office Suite, Google Earth, and a resource management software platform.
  • •Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into clear outputs.
