Drive sales through product storytelling and strong customer connections while maintaining brand and operational excellence, including stockroom organization and POS transactions. Offer add-ons, guide customers through checkout, and reinforce choices to encourage repeat visits. Work a flexible retail schedule with occasional lifting and floor/stockroom activity.
