Job Summary

Lead EMEA marketing and distribution compliance for Blackstone, advising on investor communications, marketing materials, and regulatory risk across European regulatory regimes (AIFMD/MiFID/SFDR). Key Responsibilities

•Review marketing materials, due diligence responses, investor communications and other reporting materials across various investment strategies from a legal, regulatory and compliance perspective.
•Review and advise on fund marketing and distribution related matters, helping to assess and manage regulatory and business risks as the local adviser and SME for Private Wealth in Europe and globally.
•Assist in maintaining internal policies and procedures and current regulatory guidance with respect to marketing.
•Develop educational materials and trainings for Private Wealth professionals with respect to EMEA marketing and fundraising regulations.
•As needed, assist team members with jurisdictional guidance on AIFMD/MiFID/CBDF/SFDR and other European marketing regimes.

Key Requirements

•6-9 years of experience in compliance consultancy or alternative asset management.
•Experience in a marketing/distribution compliance role.
