Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver inline lifestyle footwear creation and storytelling, balancing impact, commercial success, and HOKA’s design DNA.
  • •Translate consumer, cultural, and marketplace insights into meaningful footwear solutions and visionary narratives.
  • •Design and develop footwear from concept through commercialization, including renderings, technical drawings, specifications, and tech packs.
  • •Partner with Development, Materials, Color, PLM, Merchandising, and Marketing to deliver cohesive product experiences.
  • •Mentor and support fellow designers while reviewing and refining prototypes and presenting concepts in reviews.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 87,900 - 118,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Footwear Design, Industrial Design, Product Design, Fashion Design, or related field.
  • •5+ years of footwear design experience in lifestyle, sport lifestyle, athletic, fashion, or related consumer product categories.
  • •Advanced understanding of lifestyle footwear design, construction, materials, manufacturing processes, and product creation.
  • •Expert ability to create technical footwear drawings, renderings, specifications, and tech packs.
  • •Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Miro, or Lucid; familiarity with 3D/visualization tools such as Vizcom, Firefly, Gravity Sketch, Blender, Rhino, Midjourney, or similar.
